Za dorucak najvise volim da jedem granolu.Vec sam pisala recept za crunchy homemade granola i o dark chocolate-hazelnut granola.Posto sam veoma smanjila unos ugljenih hidrata,retko i kad pojedem ove gore navedene verzije granole.Zato sam napravila novi recept za Paleo Granolu,tj.granolu koja ima manju vrednost ugljenih hidrata.Jednostavno se sprema,jako je hrskava i dugo cete biti siti.Ova granola je jako zdrava i hranljiva,ali naravno ne preterujte sa kolicinom.Dve kasike granole uz jogurt ili mleko sa nekim svezim vocem je sasvim dovoljna kolicina za zdrav,umeren i ukusan dorucak.

For breakfast I most like to eat granola. I've already written a recipe for crunchy homemade granola  and of dark chocolate-hazelnut granola. Since I am a very reduced intake of carbohydrates, rarely and when I eat these above mentioned version of granola. So I made a new recipe for Paleo Granola, granola that has a smaller amount of carbohydrates. Just as it is, it is very crunchy and you'll be a long time full. This granola is very healthy and nutritive, but of course I don't over do it with the amount. Two spoons granola with yoghurt or milk with some fresh fruit is quite sufficient amount for a healthy, moderate and a tasty breakfast.

Paleo Granola | Low Carb


Sastojci:
  • 2 solje orasastih plodova (lesnik,badem,orah)
  • 1/4 solje meda
  • 1 kasika kokosovog ulja
  • prstohvat soli 
  • 3/4 kasike cimeta
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups nuts (hazelnut,almond,walnut)
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch salt
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
Priprema:
Orasaste plodove iseckajte na krupne komadice.Dodajte cimet i prstohvat soli.U serpi stavite med i kokosovo ulje da se ugreje.Smesom kokosovog ulja i meda prelijte orasaste plodove i sve lepo izmesajte.Smesu staviti  u tepsiju na kojoj se nalazi papir za pecenje.Peci na 160°C, 20 minuta.U toku pecenja sastojke pomesati par puta da bi se ravnomerno ispekli.Granola je gotova kada dobije zlatno- zutu boju.Ostaviti da se ohladi. Cuva se u hermeticki zatvorenoj tegli .Rok trajanja ovako pripremljene granole je 30 dana.

Preparation:
Nuts cut on the big pieces. Add the cinnamon and a pinch of salt. In the pot, put honey and coconut oil to keep warm. Mixture coconut oil and honey pour  in nuts and all the nice mix.Put the mixture in a baking dish of baking paper.Stoves on the 160°C, 20 minutes.During cooking the ingredients to mix a couple of times to evenly baked.Granola is ready when receives a golden- yellow color.Allow to cool.Kept in the hermetrically sealed jars.Expiration date thus prepared granola is 30 days.
