Jeeej,jos jedan recept za preukusnu granolu.Ovog puta sam pripremila recept za granolu sa crnom cokoladom i lesnicima,u duhu predstojecih praznika.Lako se priprema,mozete je jesti uz mleko ili jogurt i naravno kombinovati uz sveze voce.
Yeeey, another recipe for that delicious granola. This time I prepared the recipe for granola with dark chocolate and with hazelnuts, in the spirit of the holidays. Easy to prepare, you can eat with milk or yogurt and, of course, be combined with fresh fruit.
Sastojci:
- 4 case ovsenih pahuljica
- 2 kasike kakao
- casa sirovih lesnika
- kasika stevije ili meda
- kasika kokosovog ulja
- casa vode
- 100gr crne cokolade
Ingredients:
- 4 cup oats flakes
- 2 spoons cocoa
- cup of raw hazelnut
- spoon of stevia or honey
- spoon of coconut oil
- cup water
- 100gr dark chocolate
Priprema:
U vecoj ciniji pomesati ovsene pahuljice,kakao i krupno iseckan lesnik.Vodu,steviju ili med i kokosovo ulje staviti u veci tiganj i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi dok se sve ne sjedni,a kokosovo ulje ne istopi.Ovu smesu dodati u ciniji gde su ovsene pahuljice,kakao i lesnik.Sve lepo izmesati.Smesu staviti u tepsiju na kojoj se nalazi papir za pecenje.Peci na 160°C, 20 minuta.U toku pecenja sastojke pomesati par puta da bi se ravnomerno ispekli.Granola je gotova kada dobije zlatno- zutu boju.Ostaviti da se ohladi pola sata i tada dodajte krupno iseckanu crnu cokoladu. Cuva se u hermeticki zatvorenoj tegli .Rok trajanja ovako pripremljene granole je 30 dana.
Preparations:
In a larger bowl mix oats flakes, cocoa and big chopped hazelnuts . The water, stevia or honey and coconut oil to put in a bigger pan and cook at medium temperature until it's sit down, and coconut oil does not melt. This mixture be added to the bowl where they are oats flakes, cocoa and hazelnuts. All the nice mix. Put the mixture in a baking dish of baking paper.Stoves on the 160°C, 20 minutes.During cooking the ingredients to mix a couple of times to evenly baked.Granola is ready when receives a golden- yellow color.Allow to cool for half an hour add chopped dark chocolate.Kept in the hermetrically sealed jars.Expiration date thus prepared granola is 30 days.
