Holiday chocolate cake

Kada kazem decembar odmah pomislim na zimu,cimet,toplu cokoladu i praznike.Pomislim na pripremanje raznih jela,ali pre svega na pripremanje kolaca i ostalih ukusnih poslastica.Za danas sam pripremila recept za praznicni cokoladni kolac.Lako se priprema, a kuca ce Vam divno mirisati na cimet i cokoladu.

When I say december I think of winter, cinnamon, hot chocolate and holidays. I think of preparing various dishes, but above all to prepare cakes and other tasty treats. For today I prepared a recipe for holiday chocolate cake. Easy to prepare, and the house will smell great on cinnamon and chocolate.

Holiday chocolate cake


Sastojci:                                                                  
  • 5 casa brasna
  • 2 kasike kakao
  • casa stevije/obicni secer
  • 3 kasike dzema
  • 2 kasicice cimeta
  •  kasicica sode bikarbone
  • 2 case vode
  • 100 gr cokolade
Ingredients: 
  • 5 cup flour 
  • 2 tablespoon of cocoa 
  • cup stevia/sugar 
  • 3 spoons of jam 
  • 2 teaspoon of cinnamon 
  •  teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups of water
  • 100 gr chocolate

Priprema:
U vecoj ciniji dodati brasno,kakao,sodu bikarbonu,cimet i steviju ili obicni secer.Zatim dodajte vodu i dzem.Sve dobro izmesajte da se sastojci medjusobno sjedine.Stavite smesu u pleh za pecenje,koji ste prethodno premazali sa vrlo malo ulja.Kolac pecite na 250°C  nekih pola sata,a zatim smanjite temperaturu na 150°C  dok se kolac ne ispece.Povremeno proveravajte cackalicom kolac,ukoliko nema testa na cackalici kolac je gotov i pecen.Pecen kolac premazite dzemom,ostavite da se malo ohladi,i preko dzema narendajte cokoladu.

Preparation:
In a larger bowl add flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, and stevia or regular sugar. Then add water and jam. All good mix that the ingredients blended with each other. Put the mixture in a baking pan, who had previously been with very little oil. Cake bake at 250°C for about half an hour, and then reduce the temperature to 150°C while a  not baked. Periodically check cake with toothpick, if there is no dough on toothpick,cake is over and baked.Coating the cake with jam, leave to cool a little, and over a layer of jam grate chocolate.
