Susam semenke su semenke koje ja obozavam.Dodajem ih gotovo svakom jelu.Vec dve godine ne jedem hleb pa kao zamenu za hleb nalazim u raznim krekerim sa semenkama,raznim hlebovima,tortiljama i palacinkama sa smanjenim sadrzajem ugljenih hidrata koje naravno sama pravim kod kuce.Susam semenke pored toga sto su jako ukusne one su i bogate vitaminima A,B i E.Cuvaju zdravlje i lepotu koze,lece dentalne i kardiovaskularne bolesti.Sve to govori koliko su ove sitne semenke mocne i da ih treba uvesti u svakodnevnoj ishrani.Za danas sam pripremila jedan jednostavan i brz recept ,a to su Susam krekeri.

It tells how much of these small seeds are powerful and should be introduced into everyday nutrition. Today I have prepared an easy and quick recipe, and these are Susam crackers.

- 2 jaja ( belance samo)
- susam semenke oko 8 kasika
Ingredients
- 2 eggs (only egg white)
- sesam seeds about 8 spoon
Priprema
Najpre odvojiti zumance od belanceta.Mikserom napraviti cvrstu penu od belanceta.Dodati prstohvat soli.Zatim dodati susam,dok ne dobijete kompaktnu smesu.Najcesce stavim 8 kasika susama.Smesu staviti na papir za pecenje i rasporedite ga ravnomerno i tanko,a zatim nozem isecite kocke jer ce nakon pecenja to biti nemoguce.Peci na 200 C nekih 15 minuta ili dok ne dobije zlatnu boju.Nakon pecenja ostavite ih da se potpuno ohlade.Ja ih odlazem u kutije pa u frizider.Jedem ih najcesce uz neki krem sir i povrce,ali cesto i uz neki domaci dzem.Krekeri su preukusni,hrskavi,ne oseca se belance uopste ,a ukus susama preovladava.

Preparations
First remove the yolk from the egg white. Mixer make a solid foam from the egg whites. Add a pinch of salt. Then add the sesame until you get a compact mixture.Usually, I put 8 spoon sesame. Put the mixture on the baking paper and spread it evenly and thinly, and then cut with knife cubes because it will be impossible after baking. Bake at 200 C for 15 minutes or until it gets golden color. After baking, let them cool completely. I leave them in boxes and in the refrigerator.I eat them most often with some cream cheese and vegetables , but often with some homemade jam.Creckers are too tasty, crispy, does not taste white at all, and the taste of sesame prevails.
