Danas Vam predstavljam recept za smoothie (smuti) sa kupinama.Kupine obiluju: vitaminima (A,C,E,B), gvoždjem,magnezijumom kalcijumom ,zinkom i aminokiselinama.Veoma korisne za zdravlje ,jačaju imuni sistem,smanjuju rizik od srčanih bolesti, sprečavaju rak.

Today I present to you the recipe for a smoothie with blackberry.Blackberry is rich in vitamins (A,C,E,B), iron,magnesium,calcium,zinc and amino acid.Very useful for health, strengthen the immune system, reduce the risk of heart disease, prevent cancer.






Smoothie (Smuti ) sa kupinama:

Sastojci:
-1 šoljica zamrznutih kupina
-2 dcl jogurta (ili mleka)

Priprema:
U blender staviti zamrznute kupine i dodati 2 dcl jogurta (ili mleka).Miksirati dok smeša ne postane glatka.Izlijte u cašu i dekorišite svežim kupinama.

Smoothie with blackberry:

Ingredients:
-1 cup of frozen blackberry
-2 dcl yogurt (or milk)

Preparation:
In a blender put the frozen blackberry and add 2 dcl yogurt (or milk).Mix until the mixture is smooth. Pour into a glass and decorate with a fresh blackberry.
