Crunchy Homemade Granola

Ako želite svakog jutra  zdrav doručak  koji se brzo sprema granola je prava stvar za Vas.
Granola je idealni doručak po mom misljenju.Ja je kombinujem uz jogurt (mleko)  i sveže voće.
Savršen je izvor vitamina E,gvoždja i magnezijuma.Snižava holesterol,izbacuje toksine iz tela.
Kad je pojedete bićete siti, nećete imati osećaj nadutosti i težine u stomaku.

Sastojci:

  • 200 gr ovsenih pahuljica
  • 100 gr orašastih plodova (lesnik, orah badem)
  • 50 gr semenki (lan ,susam ,bundeva)
  • 4 kašike meda
  • 4  kašike kokosovog ulja ili putera 


Priprema :


U većoj ciniji dodati sve sastojke i pomešati ih rukama.Staviti ih u tepsiju na kojoj se nalazi papir za pečenje.Peći na 160C, 20 minuta.U toku pečenja sastojke pomešati par puta da bi se ravnomerno ispekli.Granola je gotova kada dobije zlatno- žutu boju.Ostaviti da se ohladi pola sata. Čuva se u hermetički zatvorenoj tegli .Rok trajanja ovako pripremljene granole je 30 dana.

If you want a healthy breakfast every morning that quickly make granola is right for you.Granola is an ideal breakfast in my opinion.I combine it with yogurt milk and fresh fruits.The perfect source of vitamine E, iron and magnesium.Lowers cholesterol,flushes toxins from the body.When you eat,you will be satiated,but you will not have a feeling of bloating and weight in stomach.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr oats
  • 100 gr of nuts( hazelnut walnut almond )
  • 50 gr seeds( flax sesame pumpkin)
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 4 tsp coconut oil or butter


Preparation:

In a larger bowl add all ingredients  and mix them with hands.Put them in a baking dish of baking paper.Stoves on the 160C, 20 minutes.During cooking the ingredients to mix a couple of times to evenly baked.Granola is ready when receives a golden- yellow color.Allow to cool for half an hour.Kept in the hermetrically sealed jars.Expiration date thus prepared granola is 30 days.
