Preskočite kupovne ovsene kaše jer su prepune šećera (preko 90%),aditiva,veštačkih zasladjivača i zato pripripremite sebi zdravu i pravu ovsenu kašu.
Glavni sastojak kaše je ovas.Ovas je bogat dijetetskim vlaknima,vitaminima ( E,B,zinkom,bakrom,fosforom),belančevina,snižava holesterol,ima malo kalorija.Takodje, daće Vam  osećaj sitosti.Mnogo dobrih razloga da probate ovu kašu.Pa da počnemo.

Domaća ovsena kaša (Homemade oatmeal)

Sastojci:
-4 kašike ovsenih pahuljica
-100 ml vode
-100 ml mleka


Ingredients:
-4 tsp of oat flakes
-100 ml of milk 
-100 ml water

Priprema:
U većoj šerpici stavite ovsene pahuljice i prelijte ih vodom.Kuvajte na srednjoj temperaturi dok ovas ne nabubri.
Zatim dodajte mleko i kuvajte dok se kaša ne zgusne.Sklonite sa šporeta i Vaša kaša je gotova.Radi lepšeg i boljeg ukusa  kaše možete dodati med,seme lana,cimet,orašaste plodove i sveže voće.Ja najčešće kombinujem ovsenu kašu sa svežim sezonskim voćem.

Preparation:
The larger pot put oat flakes and pour them water.Cook on medium heat until the oats does not sweel.Then add milk and cook until the oatmeal thickens.Remove from heat and your oatmeal is over.For nice and more better taste  you can add honey,flax seed,cinnamon,nuts and fresh fruits.I usually combine oatmeal with fresh seasonal fruits.


Za  10 minuta dobićete zdrav i ukusan obrok.
